Very lovely. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. Genuine country hospitality for myself and 2 kids. We arrived late, so food choices were limited. That said, they were more than happy to find us the best options within those choices. Food was nicely presented, fresh, and tasty. We were lucky enough to visit on a night when a fantastic guitarist performed.

Everything you need in a country pub is on tap at the Boorowa Hotel. Mike and the team make you feel at home with warmth and some tasty Guinness - there is a good selection of beers and the food menu is right on the money. Great conversation to be had in front bar with a roaring fire - winter made easy:0).

Came to Boorowa for a walk around with my wife and 3 year old and stopped by for some lunch. Very friendly Kiwi chap behind the bar - I assume he's the owner the way he held himself. Very helpful, very inviting and made us feel welcome instantly. The food was fantastic, I had the Tenant BBQ parmi, my wife the salmon fish cakes and my son the kids fish and chips. Food was fantastic, beer was good too. Served relatively quickly considering how busy it was. Would definitely recommend stopping in if you're in the area.

Randomly took a road trip from Canberra with the family to have dinner on Saturday night. I’ve never been to Boorowa before. It was great to get out in the country and drive through grazing land. We were welcomed by the bar staff on arrival and as we were early for dinner, we filled in the time playing cards and darts. The staff were very accommodating. Dinner was great and there was a good selection of items. We drove back to Canberra that night with the roof open and the stars above us. I recommend everyone does it.
